What we currently support
We primarily help with:
- problems opening a workspace or folder;
.dstdesign browsing issues;- thumbnail or detail-view display issues;
- PNG preview export problems;
- language switching or recent-workspace restore issues.
Product scope
Stitch Viewer is currently designed for:
- browsing design files;
- reviewing design details;
- exporting PNG previews;
- lightweight design confirmation on iPhone and iPad.
It is not a full desktop digitizing suite, and it is not a cloud collaboration platform.

What if I cannot see the files inside a folder?
Please make sure the correct folder access was granted through iOS Files.
Are my design files uploaded automatically?
The current version favors local file access and local processing. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I send feature requests?
Yes. You are welcome to email us with your use case, issue details, and ideas for improvement.
Response expectations
