By accessing or using the product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CardManager on compatible devices that you own or control.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use the product only in lawful ways;
  • decide whether saved records, OCR results, and reminders are appropriate for your real-world needs;
  • verify important card, document, and date information before relying on it;
  • avoid using the product in ways that damage, disrupt, or abuse it;
  • avoid trying to bypass intended product limitations.

Recognition and reminder notice

CardManager is a best-effort local utility.
OCR results and due-date reminders are intended to help you manage records, but they do not replace your own review of important documents, cards, and dates.

Intellectual property

Except for content that you own, the product, the Ronething brand, and the design, text, interface, and code associated with CardManager remain the property of Ronething or its licensors.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the product without notice, including support content, OCR behavior, reminder behavior, supported devices, or product descriptions.

Disclaimer

CardManager is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free availability;
  • accurate OCR results for every card or document;
  • that every reminder will satisfy all of your record-management needs.

You should independently verify important documents, expiring cards, and key dates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronething will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the product.

Privacy

Your use of the product is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date.
