What we currently support
We primarily help with:
- camera or photo-library import failures;
- OCR results that are inaccurate or incomplete;
- reminders that do not appear as expected;
- Face ID / Touch ID app-lock issues;
- local card records or image display problems.
Product scope
CardManager is currently designed for:
- entering card and document records;
- saving front and back photos;
- checking upcoming reminders;
- protecting sensitive content with app lock.
It is not a cloud sync platform, a collaboration system, or an official identity verification service.
Frequently asked questions
Why does camera or photo import not respond?
Please make sure camera or photo access is allowed in iOS Settings for CardManager.
Why did my reminder not appear?
Please check that system notification permission is enabled and that the relevant card has a valid expiry date with reminder offsets configured.
Why can OCR be inaccurate?
Recognition quality depends on lighting, angle, occlusion, and image clarity. Please review the detected title and date before saving.
Is data synced to the cloud automatically?
No. The current version is local-first and stores data on-device. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
How can I remove local data?
You can delete specific card records inside the app. If you want to clear all local app data, you can uninstall the app.
Response expectations
We aim to review support emails within a reasonable timeframe, but we do not currently promise a fixed response window.
