Practice and accuracy

TuneHarbor is a best-effort practice utility.
You remain responsible for checking whether a tuning result or pitch reading is suitable for your instrument, session, or performance context.

Intellectual property

Except for content that you own, the product, the Ronething brand, and the design, text, interface, and code associated with TuneHarbor remain the property of Ronething or its licensors.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the product without notice, including support content, tuning modes, playback behavior, supported devices, or product descriptions.

Disclaimer

TuneHarbor is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free availability;
  • identical audio behavior across every device, accessory, and route;
  • that every reading will meet your exact performance or studio requirements.

You should independently verify important tuning and pitch decisions when precision matters.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronething will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the product.

Privacy

Your use of the product is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date.
