What we currently support
We primarily help with:
- microphone permission issues;
- tuner or pitch detector start failures;
- unstable audio route behavior with speakers, wired accessories, or Bluetooth devices;
- metronome playback issues;
- language switching and saved preference issues.
Product scope
TuneHarbor is currently designed for:
- guitar tuning;
- ukulele tuning;
- live pitch detection;
- metronome practice.
It is not a cloud music platform, a recording studio app, or a lesson marketplace.
Frequently asked questions
What if live tuning does not start?
Please make sure microphone access is allowed in iOS Settings for TuneHarbor.
Are microphone recordings uploaded automatically?
No. The current version is built around on-device audio handling. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
What if the audio route changes after I connect headphones or Bluetooth?
Please stop the active tool and start it again after the route change. This can help reset the current audio session cleanly.
Can I send feature requests?
Yes. You are welcome to email us with your use case, issue details, and ideas for improvement.
