These terms of service apply to your access to and use of WakaTime Widgets and its related support pages.

By accessing or using the product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Product identity

WakaTime Widgets is an independent client.
Unless we clearly say otherwise, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by WakaTime.

Your use of any WakaTime account, API key, or related service remains subject to WakaTime’s own terms and policies.

License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WakaTime Widgets on compatible devices that you own or control.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use the product only in lawful ways;
  • configure the product only with WakaTime accounts and API keys that you are authorized to use;
  • avoid using the product in ways that damage, disrupt, or abuse the product or third-party services;
  • avoid trying to bypass intended product limitations.

Third-party service dependency

This product depends on WakaTime for coding statistics.
If WakaTime is unavailable, delayed, changes its API behavior, or returns data you do not expect, parts of this product may stop working correctly.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the product without notice, including support content, cache behavior, widget presentation, spoken summaries, supported devices, or product descriptions.

Disclaimer

WakaTime Widgets is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free availability;
  • perfect synchronization between the widget and host app under every system scheduling condition;
  • that WakaTime’s returned data will always be complete, real-time, or unchanged;
  • that the product is suitable for every team, company, or automation workflow.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronething will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the product.

Privacy

Your use of the product is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date.
